Maybe many felt, as I did, that Clinton was only sorry about getting caught.....not about what he had done....and as difficult as it may be to understand ....sometimes "sorry" is not enough.....

"on TV he said that all those charges were bogus"

that is what he said until the dress was still around and not cleaned.. he destroys people's reputations and takes what he wants for his personal enjoyment.

The guy was playing up to the camera last night.. eyes filling up when talking about his mother interview.. first time i saw that as he wells up...

i doubt clinton has changed.

I don't know why there is no forgiveness in people.

Hi, Suma, always good to hear from you.

There is no forgiveness because it's politics and because he lied about "that woman" and he prevaricated on the "what does 'is' mean?" and because he dragged the country through a nasty period without ever coming clean until he was forced into a corner and had to and because his first line of defense was to attack helpless Monica, whose favors he had enjoyed.

Sorry for the use of multiple "ands." It's a sign that the rant light is on. vbg

Did he ASK for forgiveness?

Do you remember how the episode ended?

I am often reminded of the Bibilical Expression, he who casts the first stone.
