Salon is very credible. They do their homework. Old fashioned muckraking reporters. Unlike rightwing attack sites, they never ever ever make anything up and they have been dead-on. Very impressive journalism, NOT propaganda. Check it out. The out of court settlement is very real as if the whole story which was reported in the Ny Times and Harpers. The networks haven't covered because frankly they are afraid to. Bushies still control the FCC. You know all this is true. You just want to deny reality and mislead people. Bushies have no conscience.
