Yes. I believe I was the first one on SI to post about the subsidies to families of child suicide bombers by Saddam, and the Red Crescent, which was supported by him, the Saudis, the PA, etc. I posted the specific money figures, and some specific cases.

Now... back to Bush's suggestion that Iraq was connected to 9/11, which has been denied as ever happening:
