Sure. From that Barron's article:

"We like buying companies trading at or below appraised net worth, at low financial multiples and with good balance sheets.
Q: How about another?
A: Norsk Hydro. We find at times that the valuations of some companies are dictated by local markets making them particularly undervalued relative to other oil companies. Norsk is one that falls in that group as does Petrobras in Brazil and Tatneft in Russia."

Whereupon I bought Tatneft (TNT). I figure I can chance the geopolitical risks with a small position. Very inexpensive stock on p/e, p/sales, and p/book (if the numbers are legit.)
