I don't understand why the Smirking Chimp isn't making more of an attempt to capture bin laden.

Given the closeness of the polls, you would think the administration would use every tool at its disposal to catch the guy.

WASHINGTON - John Kerry raised more campaign cash than President Bush last month and spent more too, but the Democratic challenger started June with millions less on hand than the Republican incumbent as a summer of campaigning began.

Kerry spent $32 million in May and opened this month with about $28 million left, according to a monthly campaign finance report he filed Sunday with the Federal Election Commission.
