Normally I fact check AS' more ludicrous statements. I didn't fact check the date of the movie simply because the assertion was so idiotic to start with. Does this qualify as a lie or is is simply one of his minor errors.

Retraction: Forrest Gump influenced 1994 elections, not 1992 Bush vs. Dukakis. Sorry folks, like I say, I occasionally make a mistake. I do remember clearly though it influenced AN election. I jumped too fast at the Dukakis year. I stand corrected (by myself).
