Didn't Ronald Raygun subsidize terrorists?

Just pointing out that it all depends where one is sitting...one was captured in a hole and is awaiting probable execution, and the other is ridiculously being proposed as a head on Mt Rushmore. Not that Ronald Raygun was as bad as Saddam (at least if you weren't a nun in El Salvador).

I don't think we care about terrorist States against against terrorist States. Especially since they both belond to the organization of the Axis of Evil. :o}
