The filing not only provides greater transparency to the investing community, but is also an initial step towards filing for a listing upon the OTC Bulletin Board, a primary goal of the company this year. Management has outlined an aggressive plan of operations for the corporation. The plan calls for two acquisitions, one of an operating company and another of a medium size real estate project for development.
