Yeah I'm sure the Yankees would like Freddie Garcia. He's
probably on the list with left handed Randy Johnson.

The Yankees need some left handed pitching badly.
They don't have any.

Yankee Stadium is kind to left handed batters with the
short porch. A lefty on the mound might have an opposing
line-up add a righty or two.

Unfortunately, when Johnson was asked if he'd like to come
to NY he replied, "I hear the chowder is better up in
Boston."
