Kerry needs to explain how he is going to pay for this and accomplish his promises to the people. At least this article points out that Kerry is after votes. This must mean that Kerry did not care about the jobless votes when he failes to show up for that very important vote. The hypocricy of the candidates hopefully will be pointed out during the debates. Both candidates have much to fear, and the moderators should fairly pin their ears...for once. The Massachusetts senator wants to vote for a measure that would require mandatory funding of health care for veterans, a key constituency that he's trying to win in his race against President Bush.
