Ah, but the comparison to your story is so...fitting.

1) Both were put up as a lark.
2) Most considered both to be unqualified joke candidates.
3) Neither had travelled abroad, nor knew the names of important foreign leaders.
4) They had roughly the same academic achievement.
5) Both were put on a bed of roses, elected by an uncaring elite who were only interested in their own pleasure, not the good of the institution.
6) Both must be herded and closely cared for, else they'd end up wandering off.
7) Both spew cow manure, albeit through opposite orifices.

At least Moo Cow didn't get us into the wrong war, while letting the bad guys scamper away. At least Moo Cow hasn't soiled the international reputation of the US by advocating torture of prisoners. At least Moo Cow hasn't worked to destroy the economy, the environment, and the Constitution, all in 3 1/2 short years.

I'd have to say in a head-to-head, Moo Cow has it over Horse's Arse (aka Bush 43).
