Spotting Bin Ladin is one thing. Spotting him in a target that he will remain in long enough for us to get our missiles in place and targeted is another. SPotting him in a target that would make sense to attack is another............one where collateral damage would be minimal( hope he isn't spotted near your family ).

Getting the military in place is not as easy as clicking your fingers. It takes time to get the equipment and people in place, even if you are sending Tomahawks.

Bil Lain keeps moving constantly so once his identity is confirmed in a sighting he has already moved. He has stayed alive as a nomad for years...he's good at it by now. He evaded the Soviets and now he evades the U.S.

It was illegal for the U.S. to target individuals for assassination.
