Lizzie, RE: BRCD is trading at 1x sales if you net out the cash.

You've got to net out the debt, too, though, to do the calculation properly. That puts the ratio right back to 2x sales.

Storage is a growth area, UNLESS the technology industry is indeed "mature" and every new thing gets commoditized right out of the gate. Is that whats happening? Maybe because all of these companies are offshoring which means china has the keys to the castle from day one.

Storage is not "mature" or commoditized at all. QLGC gets ~70% gross margins. You can't get that in a mature, commoditized industry.

All that is being "offshored" in QLGC's biz is the manufacturing of the product. Why pay US citizens $12 an hour to assemble a circuit board when you can pay Chinese $4 a day to assemble the exact same board?
