Oh really. Then how do you explain Clinton admitting to it and the admission being recorded on tape?

This is the key part, Clinton on tape saying: "Mr. Bin Laden used to live in Sudan ... And we’d been hearing that the Sudanese wanted America to start meeting with them again. They released him. At the time, '96, he had committed no crime against America so I did not bring him here because we had no basis on which to hold him, though we knew he wanted to commit crimes against America."

Those GOd -fearing types like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell!! LOL............what a disgrace they are to Christians all over this world.

That term, " God fearing" has always seemed so empty to me. God doesn't need to use fear to manipulate us...........fear is used by those that spread evil and is not a product of a loving God. Fear is a human emotion that is used to control others.

As I remember it and FWIW, it seemed that Osama's location was revealed when he inadvertently used his cell phone in a training camp somewhere in Afghanistan. A satellite picked up his signal and relayed his location to the Osama hunters (US forces stationed in the ME) who, with the approval of Clinton, fired a cruise missile to "take him out." Fortunately for Osama, the missile not only missed him by some 50 yards but also failed to explode. No doubt religious/superstitious folks thought that that was a very significant occurrence --- an occurrence which signalled that Osama was "zindabad"!!!

The report stated that Osama was quite taken aback by the attack. Soon after that, he announced he would make "spectacular" reprisals. And lo and behold, bombing of American embassies in Africa followed by the USS Cole incident occurred a few years later. And then 9/11 stunned America and the world!

Not very long ago, it was reported that US forces were homing in on Osama and that his capture was imminent. It turned out that Osama apparently had sent his cell-phone to be used by someone soon after he (Osama) had left the area. That someone used his phone thereby "betraying" Osama's location. But the wily Osama was already way way off! Some interesting cat and mouse play, eh?

As for the Sudan report, I saw a documentary that said Osama was politely told to leave Sudan. My take on this was that much pressure was brought to bear on the Sudanese government to get him out of Sudan so that Osama could become a "legitimate" target. That is, any number of plausible excuses could then be manufactured for his murder once he was out of Sudan. But Osama found refuge and ready acceptance in Afghanistan, much to the dismay of the self-righteous Osama hunters.
