That's already been retracted. It was 1994 and the loss of the congress to the GOP mainly based on losing southern contests. FORREST GUMP had a big affect. One of several big influences at the time. The other was Clinton balancing the budget. The GOP swore up and down raising taxes would destroy the economy. Boy were they ever wrong. 5-6 years of straight boom-boom times with 23 million new jobs. Best performance ever. PS - Hold your name-calling until you know what you're posting about
