There is a substantial connection between the violations or natural and derivative rights that is worthy of debate as it results in the definition of societal crime and punishment.

However, the understanding the difference is relevant to comprehending the point of this discussion. However, you are hopelessly bogged down in confusion over these differences and so you are likely as close to the light as you dare go. I am free and there is not a thing you can do about it short of whining and threatening to bring the weight of society down on my head. Which, is more about your fear of not being in control than consideration of a whole and natural justice system.

I also have the natural right to liberty and to be treated justly by others. There is no contradiction in terms here and there is no circumstance where one natural right needs to be trumped by any other or consequated by another; since they are not separated entities but terms that are enmeshed with one another to form a concept.
