That's the spirit...as I've said before, the only ones in need of housing are the homeless, which is why this particular bubble is truly unnecessary. The economy that was characterized by millions of day traders sitting around in their underwear flipping stocks to each other in 2000 has now become millions of homeownners sitting around in their underwear flipping houses to each other, stopping periodically to suck out the equity like so many Carlton Sheets-bitten vampires....<NFG> This will all end very badly, BTW. It's a big $hit sandwich and every US taxpayer left standing is gonna have to take a BIG bite.
