So if Maxine Waters were white you'd be attacking her with the same venom? I doubt it. I admit, I probably dislike Tom Delay as much as you do Maxine Waters. They're both extremnists, but Delay is much more dangerous and has done the US much more harm than Waters ever could. Maxine Waters is not a very powerful person in DC. She's probably one of the 3-4 most liberal congressmen and does not even fit with the mainstream Democratic minority. So why are you attacking someone like that? Delay on the other hand, wields an iron hammer over any dissent in congress using his big fat corporate campaign checks, religious right foot soldiers and lobbyist networks as leverage over anyone who dares to question his ultra rightwing stances. I'd say Delay is a lot more dangerous to this country as an extremist on the right than the isolated Waters on the extreme left. And the very few blacks like Elders who makes a fat living attacking his own people is hardly someone you ought to be listening to.
