Clinton's record also included no more IRA terrorism and almost peace in Israel, something Bush has been totally AWOL on and which would solve a lot more problems than his Iraq invasion even if he gets lucky And things turn out rosy. Let's face it, Iraq was about an oil swipe and a mid-term election wipe. It was sort of a Reagan copy cat thing. Reagan would always pick a small country to invade like Granada to get the rabble roused. But Iraq was a lot more serious than Granada and a much more poorly planned.
