When Fahrenheit 9/11 opens this weekend, tens of thousands of people will leave the movie looking to take action. That's why next Monday night, MoveOn members will host over a thousand house parties, taking our campaign to beat George Bush to a whole new level. We're calling it "Turn Up The Heat." We hope you can attend a party near you -- we want you to help launch this new wave of activity.

At these parties, you'll have a chance to meet other local MoveOn members -- always fun -- and ask Michael Moore questions about his film in an interactive national town meeting. But more importantly, you'll help build a movement that will make a big difference on November 2nd.

Can you join us at a house party on Monday night? To find and sign up for one in your area, just go to:

action.moveon.org

If no one in your neighborhood has signed up yet to host, it's easy to set up a party of your own. All you need to have in order to host is a place which folks can come to, and (in order to participate in the virtual town meeting) either (1) a computer with high-speed internet access and speakers or (2) a speakerphone. We'll provide you with a detailed guide to hosting a party and all of the tools you need to make your party a success. We'll even ask other MoveOn members to help you with snacks, drinks, and clean-up.

To host a "Turn Up the Heat" house party, just sign up now at:

Our campaign to make Fahrenheit 9/11 a success has already gotten extensive media coverage. Adam Ruben, MoveOn PAC's Field Director, has been on MSNBC and the Today show to talk about the film. Our involvement has been written about in the New York Times, USA Today, and local and regional papers across the country. And best of all, Move America Forward, the right-wing group that has been pushing theaters to drop the film, has admitted that thus far they don't know of a single theater that has censored the movie. We're winning!

Now we need to channel the movie’s momentum into the activities that will win the election. Sign up to attend a party in your neighborhood now at:
