Hi Tommaso,

I called the company when we found out the cost of the new centrifuge plant. I asked how they were going to pay for it. At that time they were contacting their customers to see if they would want to invest in the plant. They were also looking for other investors.

I noticed last week they announced a contractor was put under contract to get the job done. I have to assume management has the capital available to pay for it.

I see that Canada is planning on building another plant in one of the provinces and I believe there will be a plant in the tar sands complex for cheap electricity.

IMO, we will build plants in the US - I just do not know how high the price of electricity has to go or how many brown outs citizens experience before they back off and we start building cheaper generation plants. I would like to see the world follow France and recycle the material.

The boys and girls are building plants in Asia for cheap electricity. IMO, USU will have a fair share of this business.
