Clarke said under oath the orders came from the White House or state. That's UNDER OATH in front of the whole country on TV. I tend to believe answers under oath since perjury is a felony. It's noble he takes responsibility but Bush is ultimately responsibly. Don't tell me Bush didn't know all the top Saudis were being whisked to freedom. I'm sure Prince Bandar was one of the first people they talked to on 9-11 and everything was arranged. Bush is lifelong friends with many of those Bin Lauden types.
