Kerry is a very-very reasonable choice. Honest, visionary, fair and common sense on every issue. Zero corruption and kowtowing to few special interests. Edwards will likely be his running mate. If not, Edwards will take a high cabinet post. Edwards and Kerry have the same positions on almost all issues so if you thyink Edwards is reasonable, then what's the diff? Thinking southern accent is the key? Think again. GW Bush has an accent and is possibly the most inept president we have ever had. Carter has also been called that.

Kerry is the default candidate who only got to where he is because Dean imploded. Like you implied, most of the democratic party isn't too crazy about Kerry either. That alone says it all...
