Incorrect -- the US is in control of what Iraq can and cannot buy in military hardware. Iraq cannot -- 100% cannot -- make its own decision about military purchasing. Iraq is looking into "donations" from other countries but is not sure if that would be allowed by the US -- probably not.

Oh goody....no doubt these will replace the balsam wood drone fleet carrying all those WMDs that Saddam planned to use during his invasion of the USA.....should make the job of the suicide pilots much easier.
