that text in italics I posted comes from a form letter the AeA is distributing to all the high tech companies in SV to get their employees to submit to congress. It is available somewhere on their site along with a bunch of other material about the tech lobby. (a retarded organization imo) aeanet.org Personally I don't care if options go away really, because when engineering was offshored I think the rank and file staff lost the battle and options were left for executives only.
