Looks like the hunting trip with Scalia paid off:

High Court Sides with Cheney on Energy Papers

3 minutes ago Add Top Stories - Reuters to My Yahoo!

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court (news - web sites) set aside on Thursday a ruling that Vice President Dick Cheney (news - web sites) must produce records of the energy task force he headed in 2001 or give a detailed explanation of what was withheld and why.

The justices sided with the government. They ruled a U.S. appeals court was wrong in concluding it lacked authority to give relief to the government because the government could protect its rights by asserting executive privilege to keep the documents secrets when the case went back to the judge.

And what about the Israelis.......is there any room in your largesse for them?

I've always wondered why if the ME is so concerned about the Palestinians why not have them chuck in some land for the Palestinians? Syria, Lebanon and Jordan donate a small portion of their land - the other ME countries chime in with financial aide and all together give them a country, a new country is born

have Israel, for the guarantee of peace and recognition to exist, give Golan Heights to the Palestinians - the above mentioned countries add lands to the Heights and build from there, add the donated monies and voila, the new Palestine

make Jerusalem an international city - base the United Nations out of it
