I don't think his lifestyle is a valid issue, to my knowledge he has never criticized people for honestly earned wealth. That's a good point. But, I think Moore is trying to indict the culture of greed in America, through his books/movies, that leads to such dishonesty. So, I do have reservations about him living the "good life". If he thinks the system is so rotten, he should advocate a different system, and he should live by that alternative one. Set a good example. That is one of the valid criticisms of Moore's movies. That he offers a lot of criticism but little in the way of solutions. Does he lay out an alternative way to deal with terrorism in Farhenheit 9/11? Does he lay out an alternative to our oil-based economy that many argue is the real reason we're at war with Iraq? I can think of many solutions to these problems that haven't been tried by our government (forcing Isreal to settle the Palestinian issue by withholding our support, thus lessening the threat of terrorism, funding a massive effort to make our economy more efficient and use alternative fuels, thus lessening our involvement in Middle Eastern affairs, and lessening our tangleing with people like Osama Bin Laden, etc.) Why is Moore so long on criticism, but short on solutions?

Wait, if he is one of those "rich people" who benefitted form the Bush tax breaks, his lifestyle is very much in target for discussion. As a matter of fact, most of the damn senate and house are rich people who were affected by Bush tax break, but they like to say it applies to other people, like it does not apply to them. They all lie in regards to that. The Dems are simply hypocritical about it though, because they swear others are rich, not them, and yet they have received a direct benefit in the highest of the brackets.
