I get the point, but we don't know if Intel has *ever* had any "accumulated shares".

At FY2003 end, Intel had 850 million option shares outstanding. Can you cite the 10-K, the prospectus, or the proxy, to show how many "accumulated shares" Intel had to cover those calls?
