happy, what does the lawsuit have to do with announcing NEW business. Many businesses have lawsuits against them, I don't see them stopping the presses!! You think IBM, Cisco and many others have a few lawsuits going on???? Yet they don't announce they are stopping releasing new business information until the lawsuits are settled. Christ, we could be waiting five years to hear news following that logic, lawsuits can take manyyyyyyyyyy years...... probably just in time for all of us to get our letter that says, later folks, it's been nice to know ya, but,, your $$$$, welll, errrrrrrrrrrrrr, ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :o(((
