LOL!!! If Kerry wasn't such a flipper, liberals such as those in the press wouldn't have to cover for all his shortcomings.

Even on this thread, I see a lot of stretching to paint Bush as a "flipper." It's no wonder Kerry does well when he keeps his mouth shut and merely rides the "anti-Bush" wave.

But it was describing Kerry's stance on January 11, BEFORE the war started.

Then it shouldn't have been mailed on the 22nd. It makes no sense to mail out campaign literature based on positions you no longer hold. Besides on the 11th it was obvious that the war would start barring an unlikely capitulation by Saddam. The sudden change in position is at least close to a flipflop.
