It was what I linked to, and it was publicly posted, which means I was at liberty to respond.

I already thanked you for the Harvard assessment, which supports both the idea that the war and occupation has been sparing of civilians, and the idea that Iraq could become democratized, even if not under precisely the same model as Germany and Japan. I aggree with all of the points raised in the study: there were aspects exhaustion and isolation which favored the installation of democracy in those cases, that do not pertain in Iraq.........
