Re-read my post. You can't even get your lies straight. LOL!

By the way, I'm not surprised to see Z trying to cover up Sharon's massacre of 2000 Palestinian civilians.

"In 1983 the official Israeli Commission of Inquiry into the Events at the Refugee Camps in Beirut concluded that Minister of Defence Ariel Sharon had "disregarded the danger of acts of vengeance and bloodshed by Phalangists... failed to take this danger into account when he decided to have the Phalangists enter the camps...[and had not ordered] appropriate measures for preventing or reducing the danger of massacre as a condition for the Phalangists' entry into the camps." The commission recommended that "the Minister of Defence draw the appropriate personal conclusions arising out of the defects revealed with regard to the manner in which he discharged the duties of his office." Ariel Sharon resigned from his position as Minister of Defence following publication of the Commission's report in 1983. In February 2001 Ariel Sharon was elected Prime Minister of Israel; he took office in March."

""That this House congratulates the BBC for Panorama's recent in-depth analysis of the massacres in Sabra and Shatilla during the war in Lebanon in 1982; notes that following the massacres an internal Israeli commission of inquiry forced the resignation of the then Israeli Defence Minister, Ariel Sharon; believes there is sufficient prima facie evidence to indicate that Ariel Sharon, now the Israeli Prime Minister, should be tried for war crimes; and calls upon the international community to ensure that he is duly charged at the earliest possible opportunity.' Fine take Zeev's POV..his major complaint about my post was that it wasn't an Israeli military tribunal but a Commission of Inquiry. That does not change the fact that it was a review of Sharon by his peers and they found him wanting......guilty as charged. And just as Nixon was forced to resign his position so was Sharon his.

There were 2800 people killed in the Palestinian refugee camps of Sabra and Shatili........nearly as many Americans killed on 9/11. How well do you think that sits with the Palestinian people? And now the same butthead who is responsible for that massacre is preventing their independence.......an independence promised by the UN over 50 years ago.

In addition, that same butthead was the one responsible for all the new settlements in the WB and Gaza when he was Minister of Housing........a huge expansion of Israel into the occupied territories.

But I am sure you don't want to hear these facts......you would rather hear the whitewashing from an Israeli like Zeev then to hear the truth. Its makes it easier to be on the side of the bad guys!

What's most infuriating is that we then have to listen to the thread's shock and dismay over those terrible Palestinians and their suicide bombings. "They're savages, horrible Muslim savages"! "We need to kill every last one of them". As if there is no reason for their anger.......that they are simply operating as animals.

Excuse me while I go projectile vomit!
