Tom, so Belgium is a "High Contracting Party" to the 4th Geneva convention, like Israel. That must mean Belgium's judgement on the matter is no more relevant than Israel's judgement on the matter. Less so, in fact, because the charges in question deal with an Israeli situation and has absolutely nothing to do with any Belgians whatsoever.
