This canard by Dershowitze is incorrect....the ruling was consistent with prior precedent and well reasoned.....this was a very unuusal case and put the Court in a tough spot....something that creep Gore should have thought about prior to asking for the selective recounts.....

LOL. The Supremes voted 7-2 against Gore. Get over it, unless you can prove that Scalia hijacked the rest of the Court. Everybody's vote counts equally. You can't cherrypick certain counties that support you for a selective re-count, while ignoring the rest. The Supremes got it right. I used to admire and respect Dershowitz, but he went over the top a couple of books ago. The last time he was on t.v., I think I could see foam running down the corner of his mouth.
