I think Clinton was wrong in not interceding in Rwanda, he admited that later....and it does smack of racism by this country, not necessarily just Clinton. What other reason can you think of? He knew there would not have been congressional support for it and the nation wasn't clamoring for it. The media neglected it like they are doing now in Sudan exept for Kristof (NYTimes)...
