I certainly know what the true definition is. A judge who, instead of ruling on the validity of a law, attempts to create or alter the law for purposes of their own.

I know what the right wing definition of a 'activist judge' is: anyone who makes a decision they don't like.

The right wing plays a little game, which you are actively participating in. They define a existing term, demonize it, and then merrily spray it on anyone they please. For years, they demonized 'liberal', then attempted to use it pejoratively. It worked, for a while, as those on the left ran from the word, and therefore were constantly on the defensive. No more. We live in a 'liberal democracy'; get used to it.

Similarly, your handlers have decided that the smear du jour is 'activist judge'. Rather than argue the merits of the decisions, the rightists simply slap on the label, and tell you where to sic. And, as dutiful bots, you're off, teeth bared.

I am ROFLMAO at how people like you are so easily manipulated into believing their definitions and claims, without any self examination of the issue.

Come back when you want to discuss the meat of the issue; i.e. activism in the judicial branch, with something more than your "no f'ing idea" lame approach.
