Just demonstrates that there has been no evolutionary advancement of man. Therefore those that call for absolute power to the UN, or gun bands or unilateral disarmament are all mixed up. They have missed the underlying problem with entrusting man with power especially incredible power like WMDs...its just a matter of time before it falls into the hands of an evil tyrrant. It doesn't take long. Thats why the Communists, Islamacists, Masons, astrologers, paganists, satanists etc. all bent on a world Govt are all wrong.
