Sarmad, nice calculation. But, the ISPs don't expect every customer to actually USE 250MB [sort of like an 'all you can eat' buffet]. So they only have to buy 1/10 of that storage space - bringing WDC's extra profit down to a tenth of a penny and your extra profit to $0.01

News Flash: Not all is gloomy in techland. SNDK up 19% in AH on blowout earnings report. thestreet.com

QLGC also beat estimates. Now if HDDs would please follow suit.

4:44PM Western Digital misses by a penny (WDC) 8.23 +0.32: Reports Q4 (Jun) earnings of $0.14 per share, $0.01 worse than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.15; revenues rose 10.1% year/year to $748.8 mln vs the $703.4 mln consensus.
