I do not think the management was considering bonds and I would agree if they went to the debt market the dividend would be at risk. When I was talking with the company they were not interested in the bond market at that point in time.

You are correct there is risk in this stock until we know where the capital will come from for the centrifuge plant.

I would never recommend for anyone to buy the stock at this time until we know more on what is going on. I am willing to hold my position since I have owned it for a while and traded it so that my cost of shares are zero and the dividends have been gravy.
