Houston is hooker-stripper crazy these days. It's wide open. I was there recently and saw first-hand. I then wondered how the hell someone like GW would be able to resist. There is an atmosphere there about sex with bimbos which feels almost as permissive as Vegas. More gentleman's clubs and luxury "massage" parlors than I've seen since I was in Bangkok in the 80's. That is why I actually believe this story. But of course it could be BS. Someone needs to be able to prove it. Stakes are too high and we don't condone the kind of thing Drudge tried to do with Kerry.
