Moore also said we needed to CATCH or kill Osama ASAP. Only after he's caught does the question of guilt come in. IO don't know when he said that. If it was shortly after 9-11 the jury was still out about Osama's guilt. By now, we know he's guilty. At least we assume we know. But if Osama were caught, yes he'd have to stand trial I guess, even in a military tribunal. I say just kill him. But Osama is nowhere to be found two years after Bush promised to get him.
