To claim that ML/Clinton is a reason for Bush II's Iraq adventure is just another example of reality denial. ML/Clinton became what it became thanks to Republicans. So ultimately it is the Republican anti Clinton group that is responsible for Bush II's Iraq adventure(using your logic). The Republicans wanted any Democrat's head to atone for Nixon so, again by your logic, Nixon is responsible for Bush II's Iraq adventure.
You insist that ML/Clinton might have something to do with FA. If it does it is only because Republicans need a scapegoat for Bush II's Iraq adventure.
How about putting the blame for Bush II's Iraq adventure where it belongs, in Bush II's lap. Or have you forgotten the words of H. S. Truman?

Perhaps you should read the whole of Essay II.

From Essay II:
"If I know your sect I anticipate your argument. I hear a preacher announce for his text and topic the expediency of one of the institutions of his church. Do I not know beforehand that not possibly can he say a new and spontaneous word? Do I not know that with all this ostentation of examining the grounds of the institution he will do no such thing? Do I not know that he is pledged to himself not to look but at one side, the permitted side, not as a man, but as a parish minister? He is a retained attorney, and these airs of the bench are the emptiest affectation."

Emerson quotes:
"On Self-Reliance

Trust thyself.... Nothing is at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind.
"Self-Reliance" (1841)

The individual is always mistaken.
"Experience" (1844)

Self-reliance, the height and perfection of man, is reliance on God.
"The Fugitive Slave Law" (1854)"
