This to me indicates that people have taken a hard look at Bush and have determined that he does not deserve a second term. I had expected the numbers to move after June 30.

The neo-cons and other pro-Bush folks expected some bounce to Bush's numbers due to Reagan. I also expect some bounce for Kerry after Clinton's media circuit book tour.
