I am only defining the natural, which should be self evident, not the derivative. Please try to imagine the concept (librae of justice) in its purity without jumping to applications (how people/society may or may not act). The Librae of Justice: Freedom of conscience Personal liberty Just treatment The test, if you want to imagine application, would come when one aspect seems to be trumping one or both of the others. Right now our system seems to be out of balance with personal liberty carrying more wait than freedom of conscience and just treatment.
