Whatever you say, X. I was simply rebutting your comments with the facts as I see them. I don't have time to cruise for links, but I'm sure I can find plenty if I need them.

I invite you to the following subject, which does indeed deal with foreign affairs if you stop to think about it. There is no such thing as thread bloat nor aversion to opinions there, although I do ask that participants be nice to each other. Lewis and Clark: Corps of Discovery

It seems to me that the Corps of Discovery settled a lot of foreign affairs in the manner acceptable to the times - first discovery and possession. I'd like to know your opinion on it, if you don't mind.
