You're right, few people want a draft in this country, and the ones that talk about it really don't want it, they want to highlight the fact of who really fights and dies and gets wounded.

This was not the case during the Vietnam era, and since our experience with using a draft is much different than the dire scenario you posit, I suspect that the future will look more like the past, than it will like something completely different. But thanks for your opinion.
