Geeze, Daytrader76...THAT is the worst excuse I've ever heard for justifying why anyone in Congress would vote or not vote for something, even if they knew their district might not like it. Chances are if it was explained to that district, the people WOULD understand it!!! Many of the Congresspeople who voted to pass this bill did not read it. And regarding the number of bills, and laws that Congress and the States pass, I've always thought that for each new law passed, one old one should be discarded ....make it a law....<ng>
