The fellow you mentioned is an acquaintance of mine. He needs to keep buying a bigger garage to keep ahead of the tax man. What you are apparently deriving from the info you have is that people running good companies need money. Check out the insider buying by the honcho of REIT with stock symbol BFS. It's old history now, but the former honcho at AOL did much the same thing. Every now and then, they need to buy and sell just to keep ahead of the tax game.
