Perhaps we should compare IQ's ---"bright posters"-----"quality gone way down".

Think you should apologize for your trashing of posters on this board.

I don't think he was out of bounds, there really hasn't been anything worth discussing beyond SGI press releases and hype from the longs. The only reason people become interested in SGI because it is a penny stock with name recognition and they wonder why. They hope to get a winning lotto ticket.

The last knowlegable SGI investor was Tom Watson and he stop posting regularly here years ago.

Perhaps we should compare IQ's ---"bright posters"-----"quality gone way down".

I put in a couple of late nights this week and worked through lunch today, so I knocked off early and went by the Oasis in Menlo Park on my way home. While my usual was being grilled, I went over to the bar for a small pitcher of Anchor Steam and overheard a couple of people who were saying:

"Hey, my IQ's 175. What's yours?"
"Mine's 180. Let's talk about quantum chromodynamics and string theory!"

I could understand most of their discussion, but my concentration was really on how hungry I was. When my name was called, I picked up my O. D. and could overhear a man and a woman waiting in line:

"My IQ's 105, what's yours?"
"Cool, mine's 100. Let's talk about Joe Granville and Elaine Garzarelli!"

As I headed out to the patio, there were a couple of guys playing pinball by the door, and I heard them say:

"You know, my IQ's 30. How about you?"
"It's 25. Do you like SUNW or SGI?"
