Everybody has a belly button, but you can't, like, divide people into two kinds: belly buttons and otherwise.... Can you? I mean, like, we're not without precedent here! Like, all member nations support the NATO core mission, don't they? Or do we, like, have to divide them up into belly buttons and other?
